■ APPLICATION
High performance degassing which is suitable for use at a wide range of powder coatings based on Hybrid, Polyester/TGIC or HAA, Acryl, Epoxy, Polyurethane. Generally application suited to porous substrates, such as cast iron, aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy cast sheets.
■ ADVANTAGES:
● Reduces formation of pinholes & craters
● Prevent formation of bubbles during processing
● Suitable for pre-addition and post-addition
● Improve leveling
■ DOSAGE & PROCESSING
Approx. 0.5 to 2% by weight, based on total formulation weight. SV-9611 is added to the binder/pigment blend before extrusion.
As a free flowing white powder, it also can be used in post-addition.
